OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Chris Golden sank six 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 24 points, including the go-ahead bucket, to lift Weber State to a 61-57 win over Idaho State on Saturday night.
After seven lead changes in the second half, Weber State (12-15, 7-9 Big Sky) tied it with a 3-pointer from Golden, who followed it up with a layup to make it 58-56 and put the Wildcats on top for good with two minutes left. Jeffrey Solarin cut the gap to a point with a free throw at the other end but Weber State closed out the game with 3-for-4 shooting from the line to clinch it.

Kyndahl Hill contributed 17 points for Weber State, which had 14 turnovers but controlled the boards 37-29. Golden also had seven rebounds and two steals.
Chris Hansen led Idaho State (6-22, 3-13) with 22 points and Solarin finished with 17.
