In order to reduce recidivism in prison populations assessments are given to determine inmates temperament. We spoke with Geri Miller-Fox Director of the Division of Adult Probation and Parole for the Utah Department of Corrections about how they might be able to predict future crimes and how much they really can rely on these questionnaires.
