SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Los Angeles Lakers' Steve Nash, Chris Kaman and Pau Gasol will sit out Monday's game against the Utah Jazz.

Gasol is out for the rest of the season with vertigo and will end the season averaging 17.4 points in 60 games. Kaman, his replacement, has a strained right calf, so Jordan Hill will start at center.

Nash, plagued with an irritated nerve root, has played in two of the last four games but scored just seven points in a combined 32 minutes. Jordan Farmar is listed as probable with a strained groin and Kendall Marshall, a D-League call-up, will start his 44th game at point guard.

The Jazz will play without forward Marvin Williams, who has missed the last three games with a bruised left knee. Enes Kanter will start at center, moving Derrick Favors to the power forward position.
