BOWDOIN, Maine (AP) — The last of six brothers has received his degree from Bowdoin College.
Jacques Larochelle, of Bangor, followed in the footsteps of his brothers, who are Bowdoin graduates from the classes of 2007, 2008, 2012 and 2013. The brothers attended the school's commencement ceremony along with their parents on Saturday.
Among the 473 graduates were 53 students from Maine, along with others from 36 states and the District of Columbia. Thirty-eight graduates were international students, representing 19 countries and territories.
President Barry Mills presided over his final commencement at Bowdoin. He's stepping down in July after 14 years as Bowdoin college president.
