LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified a motorcyclist killed in a crash that briefly close Interstate 15 Saturday afternoon.

The Clark County coroner's office says that 29-year-old Johnny James Kelly of North Las Vegas died Saturday after he struck another motorcycle and hit a retaining wall.

The crash closed I-15 in both directions near Cheyenne Avenue for about an hour, and rerouted northbound traffic for two hours.

Trooper Loy Hixson has said the other motorcyclist wasn't injured.

KSNV-TV in Las Vegas reports (http://bit.ly/1HdMFIn) that an autopsy will determine Kelly's exact cause of death.
