Detroit's Darren Helm leaves game with upper-body injury

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Detroit center Darren Helm left the Red Wings' game Saturday against the Nashville Predators with an upper-body injury.

The team said he would not return to the game.

Helm played just five shifts, accumulating 2:41 of ice time.

He has played in all 61 of Detroit's games this season, scoring 13 goals and adding 16 assists.
