THE WAREHOUSE — Being at home during the coronavirus pandemic has given a lot of us extra time to get some projects done.
Maybe you finally built that porch swing, cleaned out your garage or spent some meaningful time with those in your home. Or, maybe you finally got to create a video of Michael Scott from "The Office" singing all the high notes to "Into the Unknown" from "Frozen II."
All are worthy pursuits.
Kenna Ashley made this amazing video of Michel Scott screaming, "No" and then cut that into Elsa's big song in her sequel. The resulting video is almost too perfect. Like when peanut butter met jelly, meatballs were introduced to spaghetti, or an Oreo fell into a glass of milk.
Really, this is the greatest musical collaboration since Paul met John. The world will never be the same now that Mic-Elsa is a thing. (Maybe you'd prefer Elscott?) Either way, this is magic and I'll will be sharing these 40 seconds of brilliance with everyone I know.
This video also makes me feel bad about myself that with all this time at home all I've done is build a home gym (note, I didn't say "workout" in said gym), built a mudroom in my home from scratch, wrote a full-length screenplay, and spent quality time with my family. I've accomplished nothing because, instead, I could have been making videos like this and truly been making a difference in the world. I'm so lazy.
So, thank you, Kenna, for making me laugh and opening my eyes to my true potential.
